Application procedure:
It can be applied on any creamy base, we recommend gel eyeliner, tint or any glitter glue.
Removal Methods:
If transfer or water resistant products have been used, we recommend using a two-phase make-up remover lotion. Otherwise, you can only remove with soap and water.
